1. General

You must be at least 18 years old or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission. These terms may be updated; the version on this page is the current one.

2. Orders and acceptance

1. The customer places an order on the website with a delivery address in Jordan and contact details.
2. Cartiva receives the order and checks stock and details.
3. The team may contact the customer to confirm the order, address or availability.
4. Payment follows the method the customer selects from the options shown at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery orders are paid according to the COD process at delivery. Accepting the order does not mean a prepaid online payment was required.
6. Cartiva may cancel an order when stock cannot be fulfilled, verification fails, or there is an obvious pricing error, and will inform the customer.

Prices and availability can change until the order is confirmed. Prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD).

3. Payment

Only payment methods shown at checkout can be used. Payment logos are not displayed for methods that cannot be used.

Cash on Delivery is currently offered when that option appears on the checkout page.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is within Jordan as described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Times are estimates and may be affected by the courier or stock.

6. Accounts and intellectual property

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential. Website text, images and logos belong to Cartiva unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Jordanian courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
